  3. Hypnotherapy Process

    • The last 20–25 minutes are dedicated to the hypnotherapy session.

    • You’ll settle into a comfortable position, put on your headphones, and let my voice guide you into a relaxed trance state, where real change happens effortlessly.

  4. Wrapping Up

    • After emerging from hypnosis, we recap the session and confirm the agreed homework for the week ahead.
