Setting Intentions and Assigning Homework
Before moving into the hypnotherapy portion, we agree on a "homework" task—an activity or habit to focus on before our next session.
Hypnotherapy Process
The last 20–25 minutes are dedicated to the hypnotherapy session.
You’ll settle into a comfortable position, put on your headphones, and let my voice guide you into a relaxed trance state, where real change happens effortlessly.
Wrapping Up
After emerging from hypnosis, we recap the session and confirm the agreed homework for the week ahead.
