    • Group Programme: This is a step-by-step system designed to help anyone work towards their weight-loss goals. It’s comprehensive and covers common challenges like emotional or stress eating, building healthier habits, and boosting self-esteem. The group dynamic offers accountability and a sense of community that can make the journey even more rewarding.

    • One-to-One Program: Completely tailored to you. Your goals, your habits, your needs. This allows us to explore and tackle deeper issues that might not even seem related to weight loss at first but are crucial for lasting results.

  • It depends on the type of session:

    • First Session:

      • One-to-One: About 1.5 hours

      • Group: About 2 hours

    • Follow-ups:

      • One-to-One: Around 1 hour

      • Group: Around 1.5 hours

  • All sessions are held online via Google Meet, so you can join from the comfort of your home.

  • Yes, absolutely. Once we decide we’re a good match during the Discovery Call, you’ll have two payment options:

    • Bank transfer

    • Online payment (credit card-friendly)

  • Life happens, and I get it! Here’s what to expect:

    • Group Sessions: If you miss one, you’ll receive an email with a summary of what we covered, the key takeaways, and any materials (like mp3 recordings).

    • One-to-One Sessions: As long as you give me at least 24 hours' notice, we can reschedule. I try to be flexible for emergencies, too—because we’re all human.

  • If your situation is very specific, we can discuss it. That said, my programs are designed to offer a structured, supportive path to real, lasting results, so I’d encourage you to consider one of those first.

    That being said, a single session typically includes a moment to deeply understand your struggles followed by a hypnosis session.
